I started this thread as a way to consolidate notifications of upcoming DE Legislative activity regarding gun bills. I suggest we continue to discuss each bill in their own thread and leave this thread for meeting notifications only.

I suppose I'm in support of HB 36 and 37 because they enact stronger sentences on those who commit crimes with guns or have them in posession during a felony.

That's legislation I don't mind although its probably unnecessary because I doubt it'll deter criminals. It just punishes them more if they're caught.
